Playlists incomplete since changing my phone. I just want to start again but somewhere the syncing remembers that its already downloaded the playlists. I've tried re-naming the playlists on iTunes and syncing them but that doesn't help
I successfully used Synctunes pro to transfer my iTunes library of albums to my Samsung Galaxy S10e. But occasionally there's a song missing from an album. Can I sync individual songs to fill in the gap? Any other suggestions?

Yes, you can sync individual songs to fill in the gap. You can try transferring those missing songs separately or checking if there were any errors during the initial transfer. Additionally, you can try re-syncing the albums to see if the missing songs are included this time.

User question: How to get a copy of the PC app for Synctunes Desktop on Windows?
Answer: To get another copy of the Synctunes Desktop app for Windows, you don't need to buy it again. Simply visit the official website or the app's download page, and there should be an option to download the app again. Install it on your laptop after reinstalling Windows 10, and you should be able to access and use the Synctunes app as before.
When you open the application on your Android device, you can find the port number below after the mobile IP on a purple background. Usually it is 4444. If you need the port number for your computer, go to Start, type cmd and open the utility using Administrator rights. Type ipconfig and press the Enter key. Copy the IP address associated with the Default Gateway entry from the IPConfig results on your browser and you can find the port numbers in Port Forwarding menu. Also, in CMD, after your IPConfig results, you can type netstat -a and to press Enter. The port numbers appears linked after the IP address.
If the files have been transferred and you can't find them, then the manual trigger needs to be used. The Media Scanner from Android needs to be triggered manually to show the files. However, if the files are not in the following path /sdcard/synctunes then , go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> Media Storage -> ClearData. Then reboot your Android to force the cache to be rebuilt.
I clicked "Download" on the Synctunes Desktop website and the first time it took me to "Convert PDF to Word File", while the second time it took me to "Use your email more effectively". I'm wondering: does the button actually work?

I really don't understand what button you're talking about. I downloaded Synctunes Desktop both from the SI website and from its developer's website and both times the installer for the correct application was copied to my PC. Try downloading the tool from here: http://synctunes-desktop.software.informer.com/download/ and see if it works.
In case you are being led to different download again, I strongly recommend scanning your hard-disk with AdwCleanerand with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware as you definitely have some kind of adware or PUP infecting your PC.
I have purchased Synctunes for my Note 2 and desktop. It synced the playlists the first time. I added a song and it will not sync the playlists again. It synced all playlists but there is zero songs in each one. I have uninstalled it. I have cleared the cache, etc. Can you please help me get my playlists synced to my phone? I am using a Windows 7 Home Premium computer and the Note 2 phone.

Synctunes strongly depends on the service of the phone or device where it is installed. Double check and make sure that the desktop software can communicate with your phone. The service should be running on the phone or device before you can perform any sync operations.
After I connect and see the changes that are to be made to my Android, I try to sync to make changes and I get a message that says the request took too long and I can't sync the changes.

Please make sure that Synctunes Wireless is running in your device because you will need to initiate a connection first in order to be able to perform sync operations.
How do I change the target folder on my phone from the internal storage to the external micro SD?

Unfortunately, you can't change the target folder from the internal storage to the external micro SD. The application is configured to transfer files only to internal storage. For further information I suggest you contact the support team using form from the Help menu:

If you want, you can move the files to SD card directly on your Android device. Open the File Explorer/My Files utility on your phone, tap and hold your finger on the files/folder you want to transfer, select Move and follow the on-screen instructions.
I synced my phone with the computer and when it starts to download songs, it only gets to where it says "Redundant files removed" under the progress bar and then stops. I have the 1.0.1.1 version and I am using a Galaxy S4 and Windows 7.

You need to use Kies to manage music on your phone. Using a 3rd party application may give you errors like the one above. Kies has its own file manager where you can sort, copy, delete, etc. your music collection. Besides that, Kies is the official tool for Samsung phones.
