Using v1.0.2.3 Synctunes Desktop and SynctunesPro mobile app. For the past few months it doesn't appear to be syncing playlists (PC to Google Pixel). If it is syncing, I can't locate them on my Android device. When will this be fixed? Other than this I have been very happy with this combo.
Was a great system and have used in the past. However in adding new playlists with uptodate apps it does not work. Have contacted Synctunes 3 times but no help!
I use the pro version on my phone and I download my music from the Itunes library. Right now it is downloading all the Christmas music that I had deleted from my phone for the summer and all I asked for it to download the operas. It hasn't downloaded the operas but all Christmas music.
I've used the Pro version for several years. Yesterday I won't have given it a 5.0 rating because of recent problems getting it to work. Today I installed an update that fixes the album art problem, and I am now loading 14 files from my iTunes to my Samsung Galaxy Note9 Android Smartphone. I'm thrilled to have access to my podcasts and music again.
I appreciate this app so that I can still use my apple music on my recently aquired android. After being an apple user for the last several years I didn't want to loose all my music! It was a little tricky figuring out how to burn a disc (yes I still have to do this occasionally) and get it to play on my phone. I had to try a few music player apps for my phone to find success in that. Thanks for including this app for desktop transferring, it is so useful!
Although I haven't used them I quite a while, I STILL think they are as great as iced tea and sliced bread. I don't WANT all that art; it takes up too much space. Just give me the music. I can get that OTHER stuff later, myself, if I want it, ya dig?
I think it could be a false positive. A lot of these Antivirus programs are doing that now. Anything at all that they are not familiar with, even if it's a perfectly good program, the virus scan will just play it safe and flag it anyway.
A few minutes after installing this program on my computer I received an Avast notification of a threat to my System32 on my computer. I had to reboot and my computer spent about 25-30 minutes scanning for the threat. After reading the post below, I'm pretty sure that the threat was caused by my recent download of Syntunes. Even if it's not, the timing was just to close for me to feel comfortable keeping the program on my computer.
I have been using this software for a while but now I have upgraded my antivirus program and it is recommending that I will not put it back on. I read your comment above, and I think your response was that there is no Trojan file. Do have another reason why it is showing up as Unsafe to download? I love the software.
There is a Trojan in the file, clicked on it in, there was an error occurred. Luckily, I did not install it. If you can remove it to avoid others having an issue that would be great!
Thank you for the report. We have scanned the software at VirusTotal, there're strong indicators that the program is safe to use. Please follow the link https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/bfabc04741cc08698f57a2a1a7a065a4a9beffecdb9ea0cd3493b8042650e060/analysis/ to get aware of the results.
